Akarca is a holiday resort in Seferihisar (slow city) 40 km to the south of Izmir.. It has a beautiful weather and blue flag sea.
The place is not very crowded and you can enjoy peaceful summer holidays..
Seferihisar which is a slow city is 5 minutes by car..
You can find many houses next to the sea and enjoy the beuatiful water..
House prices are much more reasonable compared to places like Çesme, Bodrum and Marmaris.. And the sea is much cleaner..
